Hassan is our professional chef with 25 years of experience. He has been at the helm of the CARREFOUR DES NOMADES kitchen for 15 years. He is a master at combining traditional local cuisine with surprising influences from all over the world. He feels genuinely happy and proud when he sees customers enjoying his cooking.

You can enjoy your meal in the restaurant, on the terrace, in the bamboo hut, anywhere in the garden, by the pool or in the sand dunes of the Sahara.
